Bridgette Melton is a former educator and Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner- Education. She became inspired to learn more about adverse childhood experiences and how to combat them while teaching in a Head Start classroom. Bridgette holds a Master's degree in Psychology where she focused her thesis on bringing a trauma informed approach to education. She is passionate about student mental health and wellness because she knows a healthy classroom will also help mitigate burnout among educators.
